For example, 432 Hz is known as the frequency of nature and can help promote relaxation and peace. ![]() I’ve also learned that different frequencies are associated with different benefits. When the tuning fork is placed on our body, the vibration from the tuning fork transfers to our cells and tissues, helping to balance and align our energy. This apparently works because our bodies are made up of water and water is a great conductor of sound. There are also weighted tuning forks, which means you can put them directly onto your body to help your body resonate at the same frequency as the tuning fork. It’s not just because the tuning forks make sounds. In the video on Gaia, they were talking about healing instruments that make sound, such as tuning forks, and I decided to buy a set and try it out in my life. I find them calming and peaceful as my energy tends to resonate with those sounds. I also like listening to those sound bowl videos on YouTube. They use sounds to influence how you feel. I am always listening to the Brainwave Shots from Inspire3. I’m big on binaural beats and entrainment. Then I was watching a video about healing vibrations on Gaia, and they were talking about how the sounds around us can raise or lower our vibration through resonance, where the energy of a sound can affect the frequency of our own energy. I’ve very sensitive to noise that I don’t want in my space. However, when she’s used them, they have been very loud and annoying, and even though she was enthusiastic about them, I didn’t like the loud ringing in my ears.
